  • Any additional work requested outside the original agreement may result in additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement.

  • We make every effort to arrive on time; however, delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services.

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times.

  • Secure pets and remove personal items from work areas where necessary.

6. Health & Safety

Aqua Garden Care operates with safety as a priority.
In cases where unsafe conditions are identified (e.g. hazardous materials, unsafe structures, extreme weather), we reserve the right to postpone or refuse service until conditions are safe.

7. Liability

  • Aqua Garden Care is fully insured for the services we provide.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

8. Payment Terms
